What if my product is damaged?

When your item(s) arrive, please check the packaging. If you see any damage, even if it's just to the box, you should note it when you sign for delivery. Note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt if you are unable to open the package during delivery but believe there may be damage. Send pictures to support@newmanoutlet.com if your item(s) do arrive damaged, and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (typically within 1 business day).
