When your item(s) arrive, please check the packaging. If you see any damage, even if it's just to the box, you should note it when you sign for delivery. Note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt if you are unable to open the package during delivery but believe there may be damage. In the unlikely event that an item or items arrive damaged, kindly email images to sales@newmanoutlet.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
